Hi All,

I've been getting this infestation of grey/green slime/sludge all over my tank. It started after some cheato died off in my refugium and quickly spread to my main tank. I've cleaned every inch of my aquarium with a toothbrush a couple times and it keeps coming back. So I've got two questions for you:

(1) What the heck is it?

(2) What can I do to remove it?

Thanks!

I hadn't even heard of that! Thank you for the recommendation. Will give it a try and see what happens!

^ That was directed at abinder.

@ Zero Nitrates: Yes, I've cut my light period back by about 2.5 hours. Hasn't affected the growth and spread of the mysterious slime-sludge. Thanks though!
