Im in the process of setting up my 180g tank, my first reef, and I plan on going bare bottom. Ive heard people say I can grow a zoa garden on the bare glass. Does anyone have experience with this? Any tips or tricks or concerns I should know about?

It's pretty simple to do. Basically I just took small frags and let them grow on there own. Within a week they attach to the glass then let them grow.

+1 on bone cutters to pop off the plug's stem.
