Are the white areas new growth or reeceding tissue? Last check my parameters were in good shape., I'll need to run the full gamate of test. Last set of measurements:

MG 1400
CA 400
KH 8.2
NO3 1.5
PO4 havent checked in the last 30 days. generally 0.02
SG 35


Sorry for the lack of focus. Still trying to get better at managing the white balance in lightroom as well. Played a little with color correction. This is close. .

Looks like burnt tips. Have you had any swings in your Alk levels or any other elements?
 
I just checked it and its 8.4 so only up .2 . I added calcium over the course of a few days to raise calcium up from 370. only about 20ml at a time.
