GSP not opening

i bought 4 frags of gsp more than a week ago. i just can't seem to get them open. i did my best cleaning out the purple mat but still havent seen a single polyp stick out. there's no color change on the mat. water parameter are good. good flow. every other coral is loving the light. idk what makes them close up for this long.
