Gsp white slime and trochus white growth

Hey everyone. My gsp has a coating of white slime that blows off. I cleaned it a few days ago and now it’s back.
I’ve researched it and got mixed answers.
And today a snail has these white thick stripes on him.
I haven’t pulled him out because I washed me hands with soap
