I am almost decided for 1 male and 4 female bartlett's anthias. What do you think?

Bartletts can be pretty aggressive toward one another in captivity. Getting 1 male to 4 females should be fine, but sometimes females have already begun their transition to male even though sold as female and fights between rival males can result in the loser being killed or chased into rockwork and unable to come out to feed.

Good trouble: Have mushrooms ever become pests in your aquarium?
