Gulf States Vacation.

I got free plane tickets from work for being Employee of the year and I decided to take my wife to New Orleans for a week the end of October. We will be staying in Biloxi, MS and getting a rental car for exploring the coast.
I'm looking for recommendations on must sees in the area, either reef related or not. Also good beaches or tide pools to check out.

Gulf shores,Destin, Panama City. We like to snorkel at st.andrews in Panama City. When will you be going. I believe spring break is at the end of March so Panama City will be party on.
