Similar to how people add reefbrites to their ATI fixtures. Has anyone added them to a Hamilton Cayman Sun pendant?

Or perhaps Mcguyver'd ATI bulbs to the pendant?

If yes, can you share details/pics? I'm wondering if without fan cooling, LEDs or T5 will overheat if connected to a MH pendant?

Thanks,

i put space between the fixtures as the MH get close to 200 degrees. i could see some thin plastics melting.. i also have some fans built into the sides of the canopy (which has 4 sides, but an open top)... and a pretty good size chiller.

@90's reefer has a pretty slick setup he did with his halide pendants and LED’s.
My system, although some people say its ugly, works well and does not affect the tank temp.
I can touch the pendants and they are warm but not hot.
The temp does not affect the OR3 at all.
Its funny when people see my tank pic they say that fixture is why I run leds.
When they see it in person no one is looking at the fixture, lol.
I like it as nothing is hanging from the ceiling like my frag system.
