Hammer coral healty or not??

Just want to know if my hammer coral is happy or not i dont know why my hammer is opening wide like that. Jst bought it last 2 days ago.

If it’s only been a few days, give it time. It doesn’t look to bad to me. What lights and % of light are you running? Sometimes they spread out reaching for light.

Also, Can you take some photos under white lite and try and get it from the side to see the stem?
