SO i was rearranging my rock work and went i went to move my hammer coral i guess i moved it too hard or fast idk but a lot of its tentacles fell off! i did a water change added carbon etc but what do i do with the coral will it heal do i add it back to the tank!?
Help please!

Their stony structure is very sharp and cuts through the tentacles extremely easily. It is best to agitate them until they retract their tentacles before handling or moving them. It should recover fine just put it back in it's happy spot.
