I've had this two head hammer frag for 2 months, its been very happy however yesterday I decided to remove it from its frag tile and glue it onto my rock work. When doing so I got a bit of glue on my finger and when I pulled my hand away I got a stringy bit of glue on my finger and it unfortunately landed on it.

I waited until this morning to remove the glue as I thought it would be easier once it was set rather than making a bigger mess. No flesh was ripped off but the coral has not opened since and is receding quiet badly.

Any chance it will recover?

If you just removed it this morning, then it could just be annoyed. I’d wait to see how it does tomorrow, before considering anything else.

Those sorts of things just happen, hammer is usually a pretty hearty coral.
