My hammer tenticals don't look normal 4 or 5 are extremely stretched out and I don't know why. Can somone give me some insight.

Whoa! I've never seen them like that! And I've had mine for over a year now. I wonder if they only do it if something's too close?

:eek: Really ... mine do it all the time . And they have plenty of room around them .. although I keep my frogspawn and hammers together

Really really :) mine never does it. (At least that I've seen). And he's pretty close to things-from a coral standpoint lol tanks in my living room so I see it all the time.

Not saying that anyone is wrong, it totally looks like sweepers
