Hang on refugium

Hello. Don't mind my terrible diagram of my hang on refugium. I need answers because I'm super confused. I made the diagram to show you guys what I'm dealing with here. I have no idea where my Cheato is supposed to be placed. I have a single bulb blue LED light over it.
-Is it suppose to be in the lower right hand corner?
-The arrows show the water flow.
-Is my Cheato suppose to be spinning or just sitting in the bottom at a stand still?

Couldn't you take a pic and post it for us, please :) The Chaeto will go in the center chamber. If it moves, tumbles or stands still really doesn't matter.

Perfect!! You gonna add any rock rubble? I used that same surface skimmer once upon a time-worked great.

i dont know. what difference does it make if its in my tank or in the refugium?

What's is the purpose of your refugium? Filtration correct? The rubble adds extra surface area for beneficial bacteria to grow. Not necessary but nice. Your choice. Good luck and happy reefing :)
