Hi, everyone.

I have a FOWLR tank that’s been running for about 8 years, and all fish are healthy.

My Hanna Ammonia checker/colorimeter readings average 0.08 ppm over the last year. Is this something to worry about?

I’m wondering if the instrument is accurate, as I’d expect the measurement to be 0.00.

Nitrates (also measured with a Hanna checker) average at 1.7 ppm.
