I've been running my QT with copper and bought a Hanna tester. Thing works great but the reagent packets come out to close to $1 per/test. Anyone know what the reagent is and if it can be bought in bulk?

A pack of 25 tests is only $13 on saltwateraquarium.com and if you buy two the discount takes them to $12.35 for 25 tests. Which is less than 50cents per test. Where are you seeing them for close to $1 per test?

$21.47 at 10% off so not quite .86 per test

Amazon is almost always going to be more expensive! They factor in that "free" shipping into the price of the product...so you really are still paying for shipping with them. Check out other places online...BulkReefSupply, etc... for better pricing.

Saltwateraquarium.com is where I always get my Hanna reagents. And if you buy 2 or more boxes they give a little extra discount.
The only downside is that its best to get up to the minimum for free shipping otherwise it will increase the cost per test significantly.
