Just wanted to give a big shout out to Rob @Hanna Instruments. I recently contacted him regarding inaccuracies with my ULR phosphate checker. I was getting readings of 0.7, 0.8, etc. He determined that it was defective and quickly shipped out a replacement. Just received it and tested the waters. All is well at 0.05. Big sigh of relief. Thanks Rob! :)
