To convert the PhosPHOROUS reading on the Hannah checker to PhosPHATE you need to multiple the reading by 3.066 like RadicalTour said (or to make it simple and just multiply by 3 like Go Vols does)
Then to convert from PPB to PPM you divide by 1000.
And yes 0.285 or 0.29 is high relatively speaking
Your correct, You times your reading by 3.066
95 x 3.066 = 291 / put a decimal point in the front
=.291 ppm phosphate level ----- and that crosschecks correctly to the Hanna sheet above
