I figured I'd kill 2 birds with one stone here.

Happy Easter to EVERYONE! I sure hope all of your kiddos found ALL of the Easter Eggs! It seems every couple of years, I find one, in August...with the lawnmower...EWWWW. I have no idea why I don't find it in April, May, June or even July. It's always in August when it's 110 degrees and the egg is VERY RIPE!

On to the second "bird."

We picked up a new toy today. After shopping for one, for the past couple of years, but never having the funds to afford one we wanted, we lowered our standards a lil'...lol. It's OLD, it needs a lil' work, but it was cheap and it's ours!

Well, before we can go anywhere, we need to have the old stye propane tanks switched over to the new style, change out the pigtails and probably replace the LP regulator. We also need to have the complete propane system tested, as well as have the appliances tested. The trailer has pretty much sat for the past 2 years, so it does need a lil' work.

Our first trip will probably be across the state, to Seattle, when we head over there in a couple of weeks.

My dad has had one for years and they are a lot of fun. Since it is a luxury item now is the right time to buy used with prices low. Years ago when I used my dad's I found I had to plan for about double the gas cost when hauling it.
