Has anyone else had shipping issues with copepodsforsale.com?

I ordered on July 5 and shortly after (within a few days) got a tracking number. I actually ended up wanting an additional item about a week later so I checked shipping on the first order and it still hadn’t shipped so I asked if I could add something to that same box. They were very friendly and agreed, and on July 13 said “All taken care of, and sorry for the wait on getting back to you. I combined both of your orders, xxx and xxx, into one shipment today”.

Great right?! Well there’s been no movement on the tracking number (nor have I received any other tracking number, like if they decided to get a new label or something).

Messaged them this morning but so far haven’t heard back (I know it’s only been less than a day so not complaining about that).

My reason for posting here is I’m curious if this is normal that shipping takes this long from this company or am I special? lol

Again not trying to knock them, they have been very friendly. But I also kinda want my order.

Still no reply from the company, feeling frustrated but don’t want to be an unreasonable customer
