Not specifically, but if the store was recently bought by the Uncle of a high official in a foreign country and so payments have to be made in a delicate way, then that would be indicative of a regime change situation with hostages and bank failures and I would steer clear to avoid having the CIA kick in your door late at night next Summer to find out why you fell for that trick?

Gem tanks, $200.00, send money PayPal Friends and Family, is also probably not a good investment in most instances. Sorry.
