I’m undecided on what to utilize for decking on my T-Slot stand. Stand is 60’’ with a total of 4 cross braces. Debating on 1/2 HDPE or 1/2 plywood and sealing it with duralux. I can’t find much, if any, info on the deflection rate of HDPE on any of the manufactures sites.

If you’ve utilized HDPE what thickness and manufacture did you go with?

I always do 2x sheets of 3/4” plywood.
Maybe I’ve been looking at this all wrong…..

Appreciate the insight
