It looks beautiful!
My vote is that it is probably normal. I got my BTA a week ago as well, so I am no expert, but ours kept closing nearly completely up and then opening up again and doing that several times a day the first few days. I was worried it was too stressed and/or dying! My boyfriend has been in the hobby 20+ yrs and assured me that it was "normal" for nems to be "abnormal" their first week. However, once my clownfish figured out how to host it, it has been "normal" looking ever since! congrats on such a good looking and healthy specimen!

Aww! Ours did that the first few days, then FINALLY took the full body plunge! But then they kept doing nose dives into the sand when they would swim away! I guess they were getting used to the anemone? lol Maybe they should have taken it slower like yours :)
