So i have been away the last 3 days and my heater has failed i hot back in and the tank was at 21 degrees i have an app that shows me that it has been about this temperature for 10 hours.

Only my walling hammer is looking really rough with large flesh retraction but it hasn’t been doing great for a while. Currently all other fish and coral are fine. Is this going to become a bigger problem that could get worse with corals or have i caught it in time?

Only time will tell. Get a heater in and bring up temp slow. Do not rush it or you could shock the tank again. Keep a close eye on things for the next couple week. Hopefully you caught this eatly enough.

I am assuming this is 21 degrees Celsius, which is not that horrible and things can survive at that range for a period of time without causing major damage

If I relate it to shipping, corals and fish ship and drop in that range of temp, so my guess is that they will be fine after they sulk a little. Failing off is better than failing on, that’s for sure.

Completely agree failing on is a quick way to nuke a tank
