hey guys i have a old 200w visitherm in my 46 reef tank currently. if i had to guess its probly pushing 10 years old. i think its slowly dying and i really dont wanna chance it. i have to overshoot the temp to get it where it needs to be. i really would like to run 2 heaters for a just in case scenerio but im not sold on the extra wiring. i do not have a sump. i do run a canister filter and i could run an inline heater i suppose.

any recomendations on brands? i heard eheim was good but ive been reading alot of bad reviews on them as of late. thanks, Mike
