Heaters failer

I have a 120 g tank and one out of my two heaters failed last night I wrapped my tanks in blankets as it was cold here in Ontario it stayed at 76f to 70f so I didn't get much sleep. I bought two new heater at the nearest place by me as the city is 2/3 hours from me so I went to a local Walmart Supercentre but it doesn't say if it's for salt or freash water

I bought two of these as they are the same size as my old one 55 g but they are much shorter will these still work?

Yes should work just fine.
And now you have spares.

They're better than nothing, but maybe a bit underpowered for 120 gallons. I'm using a 500w heater for 100 gallons.

Also invest in a temp monitor/control so it will notify you if temp goes out of range.
