I was wondering if anyone could guide me to some HEAVY DUTY tongs I can use on my 31 inch deep aquarium. I have bought the cheap plastic but they do not hold up. A website or alternate tool idea would be appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Same here. Tired of putting my arm in the tank every time I need to move something. So what brand grips are people buying that are reasonably priced?

I have used both, the coralife ones didn't last, rusted out with in a few months. If you rinsed them out in fresh water every time they are used they might last longer.
The other ones lasted longer but seemed to get weaker as they got older and considering the price they should have lasted allot longer that a year and a half.

Now I get mine at Menards here in Chicago, 30" long ones. cost me 3.99 at Christmas time, I buy 3 of then and I am good for usually over a year.

My favorite tool would be this.
