This is a great place to start digging and gather information.
Just pick some of the threads in the member section of the forum which have more or less the same size of the tank that you have in mind and start reading.
You will see that no 2 tanks will ever be the same and it all comes down to trying to get a stable system with a minimum of interference and equipment.
Less is better here.
And it will take some time to see and find out what method will suit you best.

If you have questions, just pick the right forum and ask.
