Hi my name is Mike and I live in Nipomo California (Close to Pismo Beach)
Years ago I had a 55 gallon reef tank. It was fun I even made my own wave-maker Now I am settled and want to go at it again. My son wants to put together a reef tank.
We are looking for a size between 125 to 150 gallons. We have decided a location for the tank there is a wall with a window opening between the kitchen and the living room. The tank will go on a stand in the living room and you will look at one side of the tank when you are in the kitchen and other side when in the living room. I know this will pose some difficulties:sad: in set up with cords and equipment. I am sure that there has been gigantic changes since I had my tank in 1999. I will start by getting the tank and Protein skimmer. So any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Thanks again for your time
Mike

Welcome back to the fascinating world of saltwater. Lots has changed since 1999.

Just ask away. Check out Bulk Reef Supply videos for a start. And, Marine Depot and Drs. foster and Smith also have videos.

Welcome to R2R!! Looking forward to your build. :)
