Sweet little setup.

It appears that your rock is from an established tank as I see the presence of Coraline. But your sand is pure. This is a very young tank.

It may very well be that you have added corals too soon.

Again, do you test for anything?
Yes my tank is only 6mths old. I do test for PH 8 to 8.2, Nitrite is usually 0, Amonia .25, Nitrate was 5, phosphate I just tested yesterday and it was at 4 and calcium was really high more than 500 and DKH was at 15.

I really believe your issue is water parameters. The water parameters you’ve listed are not good.

Faithful, weekly 20% water changes (2 gallons) is all your tank needs.

Your phosphates are really high, along with as you mentions calcium and alkalinity.

I would suggest just doing the water changes, and stopping all other additives.

If you do your water changes faithfully and at the quantity, I suggested, I think you will see an improvement in your tank within a month.

Be faithful to the water change and you will see results. But please understand that n improvement might not be noticeable at first. It may take 4-6 weeks, so don't panic when you don't see results overnight.

Good luck!
