I got my first saltwater aquarium when I was like 20. They sold me the tank and a sea apple the same Day. Talk about a good shop, kept aquariums through my 20s and 30s, then took a break till I was 43 I moved a lot because I was a young man and that's what I did as a young man, and there's nothing like
Moving a 65-gallon with homemade plumbing and a hood, that tank was a flood waiting to happen, but lucky for me it never did. Moved one day and I tore it down and said never again I'm not getting a fish tank again until I buy a house because I'm never ever ever moving one again so I lived in a townhome for 10 years and said F it I'm
Getting a reef tank again well I bought a house 5 months later so I guess I ate my words so that's a little about me and my journey in the hobby

Welcome to Reef2Reef, the greatest community out of water!

I moved a 75g around with me through college. Constantly moving and I’m amazed everything always survived. I too took a break, set up a 105g with the intentions of never moving again and a year later we moved to a new house. I feel the pains lol

Welcome back. I lost count of how many times I said thats it Im done
The only reason we Own a house is because I bought that fish tank. Sometimes the universe says hold my beer. we were not looking for a house. It just happened.
