Hello what par to keep Duncan’s at?

The low to moderate rating for light on these guys is kind of useless to me Would totally like a par setting instead. So more then placement I would like to know what par most people are giving there Duncan’s for optimal growth and health. Trying to dial it in it really likes my Leds but doesn’t like the t-5s as much. Thanks so much Happy Reefing

I have mine at 220 par with a Hydra 26HD running the AB+ spectrum and 4 T5 Bulbs.

I only run the whit, red, and green in the AB+ for 4 hours, then I turn those colors off. When I measured, that only reduced the PAR by 10. So, the duncan gets 220 PAR for 4 hours and 210 PAR for another 4 hours. I also have a 1 hour ramp up and down on either side that I am not counting in since the PAR is constantly changing during the ramping.
