I just installed Apex fusion and Trident unit a week ago. I have navigated thru different tasks to get familiar with the fusion app. However, I’ve been receiving an alarm every hour and I can’t figure out why.

Double checked the Alert Configurations in Fusion and everything is set to OFF.
Pls help. Thks

Thks for the detailed step by step. My set up is similar to yours, meaning it will send alarm text when outside range. My issue is that apex continues sending same alarm every hour. I just want to be notified once only until next test performed.

Oh I see, I will be curious if that is possible. Mine alarms as well until I cut them off

I may be wrong but I don’t believe having it send the error only once is an option. Although I’d love it if it was.
Mine went off every hour at work today because my skimmate container was full.

Got it, so you are using the built-in functions and alarms. There are phantom alarms that happen on occasion (I just had one and Neptune had to fix it on the back end) without any rhyme or reason.

**I’m sorry if you’ve done this, getting my son to sleep so I admittedly did not re-read the thread** edited … saw that this was ruled out.

you can program alarms to be “OFFl during certain hours.

Article 'Neptune Apex Programming Tutorials, Part 6: Alarms'
https://www.reef2reef.com/ams/neptune-apex-programming-tutorials-part-6-alarms.707/

Here is my virtual output for my Davey Jones skimmate locker:

Code:
Set OFF
If SkmFul OPEN Then ON
If Time 21:00 to 05:00 Then OFF
Defer 001:00 Then ON
When On > 010:00 Then OFF
