I have a 55g mixed reef and I just purchased a flowerpot coral and a favia and was wondering is my lighting adequate enough for them to be healthy? Here is the lights I have

It isn't a whole lot of light in one spot, but yes, that will work if you have them under those LEDs. I'd have gotten 2 of those units.

Should I upgrade to t5 or mh with sps corals or will this b adequate at least for softies and lps

Its almost like using a Reefland unit, same Lumens, and I wouldn't advise anyone to use those. So, I'd use either 2 of those, 4 T5s, and of course Metal Halides.
