Help - Bubble Magus Not Drawing Up Fluids

Hi,
I just replaced the peristaltic hoses on my Bubble Magus doser. I used petroleum jelly to lubricate the wheels and hose so it would slide in easier (as recommended on another post). After reconnecting everything, I tried to prime the lines so dosing could continue normally. Unfortunately, the dosing units do not draw any fluids upward now. I double-checked all the connections and they look air tight. And I can feel the pump turning. Not sure what to check next.
Any ideas?

Check valves inline and facing the right direction?

The dosing lines come into the left side of each pump and exit on the right side to tank

I think you may have overlubed it... needs some friction to work.

That was the problem. I removed some of the petroleum jelly on the wheels and tubing and it seems to be working now.
