Help can’t log into Apex Fusion using correct info

Arggh!

Apex has been working fine. Tonight all of a sudden I get this message to check that my “user name & password are correct” . They are ! Tried several times , reset etc., but get the same message

Anyone else had this problem & how do you fix it?

Only time that's happened to me I was using the wrong password...

Contact Neptune Support - they are the only ones that can help you.
Hi. Thanks for the reply. Issue resolved itself. I was typing in correct info. Some kind of glitch because I tried resetting my password & it kept timing out in seconds. Works fine today. Appreciate your help.:)
