I bought a used Coralife 72" aquapro. I wanted to replace with a guesemann 250 14.5K halide.

After I bought the guesemann I discovered they would not fit in my fixture which turned out to a 150.

Yes, I know, how could I make such a mistake! In my defense, I looked on line and Marine Depot info said the fixture would take either. When I looked at Premium Acquatics web page, the pic on their site was the "pin" and not the slot ends.

Now that I have to replace with a 150, I just don't know which bulb to purchase. I had one suggestion of using 150 HM 20K.

I love the acans and have a few. My main goal is to have bright enough light to grow sps and lps.

I did replace the pc's with 96w pure actinic.

Some day I hope to have beautiful corals like Junior and Kigs!

Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks, Debbie

Aquaconnects! All the wayy!!! They give great colors especially when supplemented with actinics. They supposedly give out the most Par per watt.
