HELP!!!Chip in tank! should I use it?

When you drill a hole for a bulkhead you create angular edges that again from an engineering standpoint are stronger than edges in a chip.

OK, I know I'm splitting hairs here. and mean it warmly... but to make it clear to those who don't know the process and may be thinking about drilling a tank...... actually you grind those angular edge breaks after you drill the holes. ..and sadly plenty of the drilled holes in tanks never get that done to them.

I'm a cheap person, also. But I'd think about the whole picture. Really, in the long run, the tank is the cheapest part of a reef. In the end you'll have 5,000. to 10,000. in a 210 gal. setup. I vote no.

Just talked to a glass guy and said he has some glue that will hold it and doesnt look bad enough to replace panel....whhhheeeeeewwwww...

thanks I feel Alot better with someone with glass expeirence taking care of it. Hes going to drill the holes also when Im finished with the stress test.
