Help! Chipped tank corner...

Hi all I was buying a 3mo old used 50 rimless tank and while loading the guy chipped the corner. He was going to deliver it to me today but texted me this. Is this tank no longer good to use?

can you throw some silicone in the corner? hard to tell how deep the chip goes

That chip looks like it has a fracture all the way to the other panel.
You wouldn't catch me putting my livestock in that tank.
Not worth the risk.

Bump help.. We filled it up with water for leak test...

I hvae seen tanks hold water with worse. I would fill it completely full and hold water for a few weeks before final use.
