When dipping new corals, can Coral Rx Pro help remove or dislodge red bugs and white bugs effectively?

When dipping new corals, can Coral Rx Pro help remove or dislodge red bugs and white bugs effectively?

Here is the website that states what it will remove. I don’t think it is effective against red bugs. Interceptor (dog flea med) is.
