Help Estimating My PAT

Hi, can you guys help me estimate my par 4 inches, 6 inches, 8 inches, 10 inches and 12 inces in the water. It reaches about 1800 PAR right above the water surface. I used an app in the phone called photone to measure the PAR above water but I think putting the phone in a ziplock bag would give wrong readings.
