Help fixing lights

Hey you guys I’m in the state of Georgia and was wondering if any you could help me out with my lights I have Chinese boxes Modified to work with apex jebao Adapters x2 of them needs the fans need to be replaced and one of them get stuck on white when they supposed to dim down thanks in advance
