HELP! Heat sink design

Hi you guys I am in desperate need of help designing custom heat sink. The heat sink will be 7.280x4 from heat-sink U.S.A for a 6 gallon fluval edge. I have 2- 3ps & 2-OCW all solder-less. My plan is to have all led's positioned straight down the center of the heat sink. There are four screw points per led, that makes 16 total plus an additional hole in each corner of the face of the heat sink for a splash guard. I have begun a sketch but my problem is the machinist says that it is not detailed enough to place my order. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it. See diagram below. Only thing I see missing for them is the diemnsions inbetween the LEDs and dimensions inbetween the wire terminal and LED. Dimension between edge of heat sink and wire terminals.
