Yup anything is better than nothing. I ran two ten gallons and a 30 gallon heater on my 50 gallon w/ sump and they just stayed on for like a week until I could get something powerful enough.
Just keep an eye on livestock.
If needed you can also get an extra and heat water changes up to a degree or two above tank temp to give it a heat nudge.

Happens to my cheapo UV. I'll swap it for a new one... and it'll just start working after...

A 200 should work. You can also just raise the Temp of your House

anything is better than nothing! Get em going as soon as you can. It’ll take longer to heat than it will to loose heat.
