The first clue is seeing it beside the mushrooms and pally's, it likes more light and flow than mushrooms and pally's. How long have you had it?

Dang all parameters are good it has not changed lighting at all

It did get moved to a different spot with more flow for a day then back to where it was because it wasn’t happy

I have had some success with a KFC dip Link below. I dont think you have time to order this before the torch is done. The Main ingredient is ciprofloxacin which is an antibiotic and unfortunately one you cant just walk into the store and buy. But if you happen to have it on hand Its 500mg Cipro in 4 gallons of water used as a dip. There are other things that go into a cipro dip and are much easier to obtain but it will also help with just the cipro. Ive kept torches and hammers in this solution with a heater and very small power head over night before. It may take more than one dip.

Unfortunately, it looks like this guy is too far gone.
