Hard to say with these photos what exactly is growing. Could be a ”no big deal” micro algae that grows in a new aquarium or green cyanobacteria.

Well with no light on early morning I looks green with lights on it appears to be brownish/maroon I also have green algea growing on back wall, inside the glass and on my rocks even on my finger leather coralHard to say with these photos what exactly is growing.
