Help ID - Single Sweeper and some Snails

Morning all, have about 3 of these that popped up this year and one has a long single sweeper tentacle. Anyone help ID? This is in my 1-year old nano. Also have these snails spawning everywhere in which I'm manually removing, but they keep coming! Not as bad as ramshorns in our freshwater system but there is a lot! Thank you in advance.

Those my friends are vermitid snails, not neccesarily bad I have a few. But if you want to rid of them get a bumblebee snail.

ohh cool yea i had 3 bumble bees in here last year, ill get more! How about that tentacle deal?
