Help I'd this: Bump on fish

I have a black saddleback clownfish and be has developed what looks to be a pimple on his forehead directly between his eyes... Any guess as to what this is? Should I be alarmed or worried for my other inhabitants?

type of fungus, perhaps? how's the fish behaving, overall?

He's acting normal. But what looked like puss on his head is gone and there is a hole... He's eating fine active swimming... Seems normal accept for the hole that's developing
