I need to know what this yellow stuff is please

Diatoms, common with new set up, new equipment and sand can release silicates which diatoms use as a food source. Once the silicates are utilized the diatoms typically fade.

Ok so should i do somthing or it will go away on its own? And will it hurt fish or anything thank you for replying

The diatoms will slowly die off no intervention is warranted and they are harmless.

Is there anythi bg i can do to speed the process up like get snails to eat it or something

No , patience is the key , let the natural nitrogen process run its course .. nothing good ever happens fast in a reef aquarium!! It's will take a couple of months or more for your tank too stablize , just check your parameters every week , nitrite and nitrate and ammonia.. and salinity .. you will need too add rodi water daily if you don't have a auto top off system on your tank !
