Either an upside down jellyfish or the Medusa stage of a hydroid. Either way, it/they will die out on their own.

Agreed with the above, those look like polyp stage hydroids.

Hydroids all the way. while you can place a dab of gel superglue over each head- this is many. Fenbendazole is said to kill them but will also kill coral and inverts- so avoid it. Manual removal will be best bet by snipping with a pair of school scissors at their base and netting them as they become suspended.
