Need help identifying these two things growing on my live rock. First one looks like Red Sea lettuce not sure. No idea on the 2nd, it’s bright orange.

Agree the red one is a plant, perhaps a valona relative and the other looks like a coral but the image is too blurry for me to identify it.

I like these things but they sometimes don’t work well with the other plans I have for my tank occupants?

How old (or fresh) is the rock these popped up from?

How old (or fresh) is the rock these popped up from?
All the rock has been in my tank for just over a year! No idea how long my LFS had it in their water.
